This card was made for a friends birthday and for the House That Stamps Built challenge
J2313. I chose a aqua blue card stock for the card and embellished it with several other
blue fish tail banners. Added a flower from the Melodies et Dentelles purchased from
Michael's craft store and a sentiment stamp by Inkadinkado.
